Sand Dollar Beach Bed & Breakfast - Bocas del Toro

I recently stayed for 3 nights and was blown away by the cozy vibe and the delicious breakfast that Dama prepared every morning! Fresh coconut water from the garden was a highlight too, but the bathroom water pressure could have been better. Definitely would come back!

The view to sea is romantic, the room is comfortable. It includes climate control, an individual safe, and a refrigerator.

Sand dollar beach bed & breakfast is a lovely escape! The location is perfect, just a short taxi ride to nearby islands. Our room had fantastic views and was super spacious. What stood out was the amazing homemade breakfasts that really set our day off right!

the hotel was fairly clean, the staff were especially helpful and affable. an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware in my a double room were a very thoughtful addition. the breakfast was fresh on the deck, i greatly enjoyed its value.

The warm hospitality from the hosts. Breakfast every morning was a good homemade experience, setting the tone for the day.

Though the surroundings were picturesque, the lack of privacy due to noise from nearby areas made it a bit challenging to unwind at times.

Upon arrival, I was surprised to find out that the rate quoted was not honored, as they required cash payment that was higher than expected. The lack of air conditioning was disappointing. I only had a fan in my room. There were also no TVs in the rooms, which would have been a nice addition given the price I paid.

Positive, The hotel is fine with beautiful foliage. I loved the spacious room with amazing sea views. The pool area is a perfect relaxation spot. Each morning brought delicious, homemade breakfasts. Mark and Sharon were very nice hosts. They made me feel right at home 🌴

Staying here with friends was awesome! We enjoyed fantastic breakfasts and great local tips for activities. The beach was perfect for swimming. Birdwatching was a highlight, and we spotted a sloth nearby. The pool area was a great spot to unwind after our adventures.

The only downside was that our room needed better sound insulation, a bit hard to relax at times.

The room was spacious and offered amazing views of the ocean. Sleeping to the sound of waves was a highlight, and waking up to birdsong was such a treat. The decor was nice, and I felt at home there. The room could have used a bit of sound insulation, as it was occasionally noisy. But honestly, the comfort and beauty of the space made it all worth it!

It was just a prime choice for a momentary pause in Bocas del Toro with good value considering price it charged. The fresh coconut water from the garden was a good touch that I really appreciated. Renting bikes in town is a fantastic way to explore nearby spots.

Sand Dollar Beach Bed & Breakfast is wonderful! The lovely garden, bright rooms, and cute hosts create a magical experience. Breakfasts were diverse and delicious, always accompanied by fresh smoothies. We enjoyed the beautiful and clean beach right across the street. Mark and Sharon.

The hotel is ideally located just a short walk away from Bocas Del Toro, buses, and lovely beaches. the building is charming and the rooms are tastefully decorated and well-equipped.

Great breakfast and fresh coconut water! Wi-Fi was spotty, though.
